We ordered pizza for a group movie night and split the cost. There’s one slice left. I asked if anyone wanted it and got no clear answer.

Twenty minutes later, I ate it. My friend then said they were saving room for it.

Is an unclaimed last slice fair game after you ask, or does the last piece require an official negotiation?
